Returning to CONEXPO/CON-AGG, known for providing innovative solutions for the construction industry, the McLanahan Corporation brought brand new equipment displays alongside the full McLanahan family: Eagle Iron Works, Anaconda, and RubbleCrusher. McLanahan can be found at C31372.

While not new for the company but never before seen at ANY tradeshow (let alone CONEXPO), the McLanhan Horizontal screen Over Screw Portable plant is a highly demanded configuration dealers demanded to be on display due to its popularity. In this configuration, the machine can be hauled using a semi-truck - a feature that defines its simplicity of setup at any operation as well as the explemfies the convenience of easy transportation between sites. This portable plant features all McLanahan-designed and manufactured major equipment pieces. This means customers are able to get the same field-proven, heavy-duty equipment in a compact, portable unit often found in stationary setups.

The UltraDRY Dewatering Screen, also seen in their booth, is a modular skid-mounted McLanahan Dewatering Screen that can be added to a new or existing system to create a drier, ready-to-sell product that has been known to come off the dewatering screen at a moisture content as low 7%. As a skid-mounted plant, it can also be used in conjunction with equipment like the portable plant and easily transported between sites as well.

McLanahan will also have a variety of displays showcasing its washing equipment, crushers and screens, tailings management solutions, pumps and more – all of which have the goal of helping producers meet the challenges and demands of their ever-changing industries.

RubbleCrusher

Based out of Leicestershire, U.K., RubbleCrusher is fouced on expanding its global dealer network in the U.S. It launched it's compact, portable and track-mounted jaw crushers at Booth S5276 in the Silver Lot. These crushers are fast to deploy on job sites and meet all Department of Transportation regulations. The popular pull-behind portable crusher, RC150V, can be hauled by any full-size pick-up truck, simplifying setup at any operation. The RC150V unit weighs just under 7,800 pounds and enables the operator to recycle C&D waste materials for use on site, without having to pay to remove materials or bring in new aggregate for jobs. The RC150T offers the same features as the RC150V but is mounted on tracks, making mobility on site possible by remote control.

Based in RubbleCrusher offers robust crushing and screening equipment across various industries to allow for on-site recycling of C&D waste materials.

The NEW Anaconda I12Rv3

The most recent addition to the crushing division is the all-new Anaconda I12Rv3 Impact Crusher. The I12-Rv3 is the culimination of possibilities when engaging with dealers and end users to determine the features and specifications required for the market.

The I12-Rv3 is a mid-sized impact crusher designed to offer operators and contractors excellent reduction of the initial feed material, continuous production and with a consistent product shape. Designed predominately for quarrying and recycling applications this versatile crusher fabricated with a 43’’ (1090mm) diameter 4 bar rotor on a 45’’ (1140mm) wide Universal Crushers Impact Chamber will make light work of any application.

The I12-Rv3 is fitted with a large hopper area and an aggressive vibrating pan feeder with a two-tier grizzly section to help facilitate the movement of the feed material towards the Impact Chamber. The grizzly section allows for fines and smaller dirt to be eliminated from entering the chamber by discharging it onto the side dirt conveyor or directly onto the main conveyor. There is also an underpan option that transfers material from the chamber to the main conveyor, this is used in recycling applications to stop rebar from causing damage to the main conveyors belt.

All design aspects are with the concept of creating a reliable, efficient machine with the capability of

reaching optimum performance in the given application.
