Fortress by ShearCore has introduced the FC75 concrete demolition processor, expanding its FC series lineup with a new attachment designed for reinforced concrete applications.

The FC75 features a modular tooth system that allows operators to switch between demolition, pulverizing and material processing functions using interchangeable tooth sets on a fixed jaw structure. The design eliminates the need for multiple attachments or jaw changes, helping reduce downtime and simplify operations.

According to the company, the processor includes several design features intended to improve performance, including tip-based rebar cutting, long cutting knives for larger reinforcements, an apexed jaw for improved material capture and bypassing teeth to aid sorting and reduce material handling.

The FC75 also incorporates an active pivot greasing system to reduce wear on critical components and improve reliability in demanding conditions.

Designed with maintenance in mind, the attachment includes oversized access panels, a simplified internal layout and rebuildable components. Its structure is built from high-thickness plate and engineered to minimize critical weld seams.
