Eaton Asphalt Paving paved Route 8 in Northern Kentucky with a ground tire rubber (GTR) mix

On September 25th, Eaton Asphalt Paving Company paved Route 8 in Northern Kentucky at night with a Ground Tire Rubber (GTR) mix. This KYTC experimental project was partially funded through the Environmental Protection Cabinet's Waste Management Program.
