World of Asphalt 2022: What You'll See in Nashville
The 2022 show marks 20 years for the tradeshow dedicated to the asphalt and aggregates industries. Here's a look at some of the equipment that will be on the show floor March 29-31st.
After a year of being virtual, it will be good to gather again in person for the 2022 World of Asphalt in Nashville. World of Asphalt will run March 29-31, 2022 at the Music City Center. Show hours run 9 A.M. – 5 P.M. EDT on Tuesday, March 29, and Wednesday, March 30. The floor is open 9 A.M. – 1 P.M. EDT Thursday, March 31. Advance registration is still open, and you can also register at the door.
This year, more than 197,000 square feet of exhibits have completely filled the main exhibition hall. The 400 exhibitors attending will feature hundreds of different products and services spread over fifteen different product categories from Aggregates Processing and Asphalt Paving to Underground Construction and Vegetation Management. Add the 150 education sessions available between the People, Plants and Paving Conference at World of Asphalt and the AGG1 Academy, and asphalt paving pros at every level of the industry have something to gain by attending.

The ADM industry specialists will be on hand to demonstrate how to customize the perfect asphalt plant with standard ADM components to meet individual producer’s needs. Look for their EX 8844 Asphalt Plant in Booth 3131. This plant allows contractors to increase capacity with up to 50% RAP in a compact package.
AMMANN
Ammann is focused on improving RAP production and will have scale models of their ACP ContiHRT and ABA UniBatch asphalt mixing plants available for review in Booth 1605.
The team at BOMAG will bring their paving and compaction solutions to Booth 3502. Look for their CedarRapids line of asphalt pavers to be on display.
BROCK
The BROCK booth, #1967, will be staffed with knowledgeable industry veterans excited to visit with customers and friends to talk about their asphalt plant needs.
The new Cat line of compact line of asphalt pavers and screeds will be in Booth 2640. These standard 8-foot size-class paver and screed combinations come equipped with features that benefit both large and small contractors.
Dynapac North America will premiere their brand new Highway Class Paver in Booth 3522 at the show. On display will also be custom-wrapped pavers and rollers from the brand along with their experts ready to help contractors with their equipment needs.

LeeBoy
In Booth 3804, LeeBoy will display their line of pavers and asphalt support equipment, along with the custom Raised on Blacktop asphalt paver.
Stansteel

Topcon will be in Booth 2802 with the latest in positioning technologies for the industry. Their Thermal Mapper for asphalt paving is designed to monitor temperature segregation to prevent future problems and measure performance, as well as easily provide accurate compliance reporting — all with real-time kinematic (RTK) positioning accuracy.
TransTech

WEM
WEM, known for automation and control systems, will have a simulated set of controls displayed at the World of Asphalt, Booth 3461, that pave the way for future asphalt plant controls.
The Wirtgen Group will be showing 11 exhibits representing a cross-section of its market-oriented and holistic solutions for the entire road construction process at the event in Booth 2302. The highlight of the show, the W 120 Fi, celebrates its world premiere at the event as a representative of Wirtgen’s new generation of compact milling machines.
Volvo will have the new ECR25 Electric compact excavator, L25 Electric compact wheel loader, DD128C compactor (with up to 4800 VPM), DD35B compactor and DD25B compactor at Booth 2340.

On top of a packed exhibit hall, World of Asphalt is bringing critical education sessions to Nashville. With topics like labor challenges and concerns over winning the next job at the forefront of asphalt business tasks, World of Asphalt and AGG1 is featuring several sessions that meet those, and many other needs.
