CC500-L Dust Extractor
Manufactured in New York and designed to minimize silica dust exposure for an OSHA compliant worksite, the patent-pending CC500-L is a portable cyclonic dust extractor with HEPA filtration, adjustable height mobility stand, and compatible with Longopac Mini bags. The unit’s unique cyclone shape delivers continuous suction power and longer run times than leading competitors, enhancing user efficiency on the jobsite. With three onboard motors, equating to 5HP (230V), and 366 CFM, the CC500-L Dust Extractor can power through concrete grinding and edging. Its 40 square feet of HEPA filter media is 99.97% efficient at 0.3 microns, exceeding the OSHA standard for concrete cleanup. Made of industrial-gauge steel and fitted to a heavy duty mobility cart, a rear foot pedal allows the unit to collapse down from its full operational height of 64 inches to 50 inches, allowing it to be easily transported in a standard commercial van. The CC500-L Dust Extractor is ETL certified and includes a mobility cart, magnetic starter, remote, manual pulse filter cleaner, two smooth-walled 25 foot hoses, floor wand, and one box of Longopac Mini bags. CDD Pre-separators
Oneida Air Systems brings the patented Dust Deputy cyclone pre-separator—its most popular selling product to date—to the concrete market with the launch of its line of CDD steel cyclone pre-separators. By design these pre-separators, when attached to units like Oneida Air’s CC500-L Dust Extractor, prevent 90+% of silica dust and debris from reaching the extractor’s filter, virtually eliminating clogging and ultimately prolonging filter life. They range in price from $645-$982.
The CDD-L Pre-separator is attached to a mobility cart and compatible with Longopac Mini bags. It’s 45-inches tall and weighs 68 lbs. Priced at $980, it includes a steel cyclone, hopper, cart, 5 feet of static conductive hose, elbow adapters, assembly hardware kit, and one box of Longopac Mini bags.
The CDD-14 Pre-separator is a steel cyclone mounted to a 14-gallon wheeled drum. It’s 32-inches tall and weighs 25 lbs. Priced at $645, the CDD-14 Pre-separator includes a steel cyclone, wheeled drum with lid and viewing window, unique bag retainer system, 5 plastic liner bags, 5 feet of static conductive hose, elbow adapters, and assembly hardware kit.
The CDD-35 Pre-separator is a steel cyclone mounted to a 35-gallon drum with lid and dolly, 5 feet of static conductive hose, elbow adapters, and assembly hardware kit. Priced at $922, it is 43-inches tall and weighs 68 lbs.
The CDD-55 Pre-separator is a steel cyclone mounted to a 55-gallon drum with lid and dolly, 5 feet of static conductive hose, elbow adapters, and assembly hardware kit. Priced at $982, it is 53-inches tall and weighs 72 lbs.
Both the CDD-35 and CDD-55 Pre-separators are compatible with Oneida Air’s new Ultra Sonic Bin Level Sensor, an accessory that takes the guesswork out of knowing when your drum needs to be emptied. Priced at $460, it attaches easily to the drum lid and flashes red when capacity is reached.
