Trimble Spectra Precision DG613 and DG813 Pipe Lasers

The Spectra Precision DG613 and DG813 pipe lasers is a new generation of DialGrade lasers for the installation of gravity flow pipelines. A shorter length than their DG511 and DG711 predecessors is optimal for setup in manholes with precast inverts and a tight radius.

• Fully self-leveling over the entire grade range from -12% to +40%
• Cross axis fully compensated for quick setup and to ensure the laser will be level without having to manually rotate it in the invert
• 500-ft. working range provides a single setup to lay pipe from one manhole to another
• RC803 remote control provides full function control and utilizes infrared communications when in the pipe at a distance of up to 500 ft.
• Line Alert causes the beam to blink to notify operator if the setup has been disturbed
• Line Set function enables beam to be moved up to 100% grade in few seconds and then adjusted left or right to perform first day set in a short trench
• Line Scan functionality allows user to quickly align the beam to the target’s center, which is placed in the last piece of pipe
• DG813 offers advanced features when used with the SF803 Spot Finder beam detector, including Spot Align, Spot Match, SpotLok and Spot Search
• Remote uses radio communications at a distance up to 430 ft. for “over-the-top” setups
• Flexible power options provide 40 hours of operation with NiMH rechargeable batteries and 50 hours with alkaline batteries
• Large LCD with graphical interface allows users to easily view the display when the laser is in a manhole
