Curb Roller CM4000

The Curb Roller CM4000 is a single-operator machine for shaping concrete for curb and gutter work on jobs of all types and sizes, including patch and repair jobs.

• Commonly used for curb and gutter projects ranging from 50 to 5,000 linear ft.
• Choice of more than 25 pre-designed drum profiles or custom drums can made to project specifications
• Drums can be easily switched out to adapt to multiple curb styles
• Guide ring runs on the inside of forms to ensure a uniform curb
• Handle offers a variable speed and directional control, enabling spin speed to be adjusted on the fly to accommodate changing material conditions
• Pivoting handle provides a comfortable offset control tailored to the height of the operator
• Hydraulically powered and can operate off of the Hydra-Pack or any other hydraulic power source
• Weighs 160 pounds with a standard stock drum, making it manageable for one or two people to load into a truck
• Adjustable standard frame accommodates up to 3 ft. of tube or available extended frame allows screeding up to 6 ft. wide
• Optional monolithic kit offers a float pan assembly to easily shape monolithic curb, storage unit lips and other shapes
