Multiquip Inc., a diverse manufacturer and supplier of world class quality products and solutions, presented donations to the Long Beach, Calif. Chapter of The American Red Cross on Wednesday, September 27th. These donations were made in support of relief efforts for those tragically affected by the recent hurricanes in Texas and Florida.
“Everyone at Multiquip was struck by the severe devastation caused by the hurricanes and saddened by the tragedy left in their wake. Right away employees throughout the company wanted to know what they could do to help,” says Bob Graydon, Chief Executive Officer of Multiquip. “Our employees have contributed to the Red Cross in the past for other disasters and wanted to do it again.”
Employees raised $42,000 through their personal donations, Multiquip added another $25,000, and a grand total of $67,000 was presented to the American Red Cross.
