A lot has happened since the last time Equipment Today and ForConstructionPros.com shared the recipients of the Contractors' Top 50 New Products Awards. From the industry peaks leading up to CONEXPO-CON/AGG 2020 last March, to the deep lows of the pandemic in the weeks that followed, to the long, uneven journey back upward throughout 2021, it's been a strange journey filled with uncertainty.

But through it all, the construction industry has remained amazingly resilient — and curious. While there may have been a momentary hiccup as everyone came to terms with the pandemic's challenges, contractors were soon researching and exploring new equipment and technology that they believed would help to rebuild their business and profits as the recovery got into full swing.

Following is the list of the solutions that you and your peers helped identify as this year's Contractors' Top 50 New Products. Award recipients are based on page views and inquiries on the ForConstructionPros.com web portal on the new units featured in the magazine over a specific time frame -- in this case, 14 months due to influences of the pandemic. Each manufacturer is able to receive only one award, so the winning products represent the single highest ranking item for each company over the specified period.

Inevitably, there are products or concepts that find their way onto the list just by their nature and/or application. But there are always a few surprises along the way.
